After 20 years, the time has come to close the doors on Charmfactory.

What a ride it’s been.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to work alongside some truly brilliant people — generous, inspiring industry minds who guided, challenged and supported me along the way. And even luckier to work with artists at every stage of their journey, from brand-new voices finding their feet to absolute legends. That privilege never got old.

For more than three decades in music, I’ve learned that this industry is really about people — trust, creativity, and showing up when it matters. Charmfactory became known for publicity, but at its heart it was always about belief, collaboration, and helping great music be heard.

To everyone who trusted me, collaborated with me, took a chance, shared a laugh, survived a deadline or celebrated a win — thank you. You shaped this chapter more than you know.

Charmfactory may be closing, but the gratitude, memories and love for this industry will always be part of me.
