Milky Chance will release new single ‘Down By The River’ on the 27th October and have announced details of a 2015 UK tour.

The news follows an incredible year for the duo who recently wowed audiences at performances at Reading and Leeds, where they packed out the 7,000 capacity Radio One Dance Tent, and a sold-out KOKO show last month. UK fans now have another chance to catch the band on their upcoming UK tour. Kicking off in Dublin on 5th February 2015 the four date tour will also see the band headline venues in Manchester, Glasgow and London. Tickets for the tour will go on sale this Friday the 3rd October.

Milky Chance’s rise to music’s upper echelons has been unstoppable. Last year in their tiny self-built studio the duo cut their full-length debut ‘Sadnecessary’ and released it on their own Lichtdicht Records in Europe. Within a few weeks, lead single ‘Stolen Dance’ had reached number one on Hype Machine. To date ‘Stolen Dance’ has received over 71 million Youtube views, and topped charts across the world. The track is currently number 1 on both the US Alternative and AAA charts.

The video for new single ‘Down By The River’ has already amassed almost 6 million views on Youtube with FlicFlac remix reaching over 23 millions views. Down By The River has also been included on the soundtrack to FIFA 15, released last week.
